"Mass entrepreneurship and innovation" is not only the source of economic vitality, but also the way of transformation and upgrading. The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to stimulate and protect entrepreneurship and encourage more social subjects to engage in innovation and entrepreneurship. This has pointed out the direction for further promoting the development of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation".

At present, China's "double innovation" is evolving towards the stage of technological innovation as the core and innovation as the focus in the field of production. The trend of integration and development of "double innovation" and industrial upgrading is obvious, showing a series of new trends and characteristics:

First, the field of "double innovation" is more focused. "Shuangchuang" is focusing on information, biology, technology research and development from the early development of e-commerce, local life, social networking, games, tourism and other areas of Internet consumption.

The second is the deep integration of technological elements. Technological innovation has become the core traction of "double innovation". While promoting the prosperity and development of entrepreneurship, it also effectively integrates various innovative elements such as capital, talent, data and so on to promote the transformation of production and management mode.

Third, the transformation of achievements is more active. The experiment of comprehensive innovation and reform has been actively promoted, and new ways have been found to encourage the transformation of achievements. The entrepreneurship policy is more perfect, the entrepreneurs are constantly emerging, the factors of entrepreneurship are accelerated to converge and optimize, the environment of entrepreneurship is significantly improved, and the ecosystem suitable for entrepreneurship and innovation is accelerated to improve. The platform carriers such as incubator, multi-creation space and dual-creation demonstration base have developed rapidly.

It is against this background that in the first half of this year, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council put forward the development strategy of "promoting the high-quality development of"double-venture"and creating an upgraded version of"double-venture", which undoubtedly sounded a new clarion call to promote the development of"double-venture"economy.

It can be said that "double creation" is not only a matter of life to solve the employment of millions of people, but also a development plan to upgrade the industrial level and transform the new momentum of industry. Especially in today's increasingly complex world economic environment, we should be more soberly aware of the significance of "double-venture" to China's economic and social development, and should consciously invest in the development of "double-venture" economy.

At present, despite the Sino-US trade frictions, China's economic development is facing certain difficulties; tens of millions of enterprises in Shenzhen are facing a more severe test.
